Carnival 2018: Movement, Sound, Colour @ W11 Gallery

Celebrating Notting Hill Carnival 2018, artist & curator Ron Best 
presents a collective exhibition celebrating Notting Hill Carnival. 
The exhibition is held at W11 Gallery, 
Unit 8, 281 Portobello 
Green Arcade, London W10 5TZ.

The Private View is tomorrow Wednesday 15 Aug, 6 -- 9 pm 
with a Poetry Reading at 7pm by Ursula Troche, 
Michael Horovitz + Vanessa Vie.

I am exhibiting these two art works hereunder : For Carnivall (2018) , which was specially created for this occasion & Notting Hill (print edition of 33) which I drew in 2013 depicting an impression of the Notting Hill neighbourhood. Both art works are for sale.

SOME OF MY VISUAL INVENTIONS: PAINTINGS & COLLAGES. The soundtrack to the slide, ‘Jazz Kitchen’ is a poem of mine with Peter Lemer on piano.
